Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. This ensures that all treats remain safe and uncontaminated for pets.
2. Refund & Replacement Policy
We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, melted, or broken, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery.
✅ Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a replacement.
